Opened for guests March 2012, the Bakery House is a beautiful 100 year old house with 3 bedroom and 2 baths, plus a pull out loveseat, sleeping 7. Attached to the Bakery, the guest house is located on New Orleans' famous & fun (yet non-touristy) Oak Street, full of restaurants, music clubs, antique stores and clothing shops. And we're only six blocks from the streetcar line for easy access to the Historic French Quarter, Garden District, Universities, Convention Center and Superdome.
Bakery House is fully furnished and decorated with a cool collection of vintage and modern furniture and art. Amenities include free WiFi and Cox cable, covered parking and private courtyard. The first floor bedroom has a king size bed next to a private bath. Upstairs there are two adjoining rooms, one with two twin beds which can join to form a king and another room with a full size bed. The shared second bath is off the room with the full bed. All beds and linens have super comfy 100% cotton linens.
